Experience Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or factory management.
Prior experience in managing a furniture production factory is highly preferred.

Sound knowledge of furniture production processes, materials, machinery, and finishing techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Coordinate with procurement, design, store, and sales departments for smooth operational workflow.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and operational reports for management.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve factory performance.
Maintain machinery and equipment through regular inspection and preventive maintenance planning.
