Experience:

• 12 to 15 years

• Minimum Bachelor/HSC.

• 12 to 15 years

• At least 12 to 15 years in the finishing section of Woven garments.
• Strong technical knowledge, leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.

For 100% Export oriented reputed woven garments Factory (Bottom) need to appoint under mention position with immediate effect with the following qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing Finishing Operations:

• Responsible for handling the large Finishing Unit independently ensuring shipment targets with desired quality.

• Monitor the finishing-related process in order to meet on-time shipment.

• Maintain company SOP regarding loading- unloading, style-wise updates, trims, and fabric in-house.

• Have to Maintain close relations with Production & Cutting for on-time shipment.

• Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on-time inspections.

• Maintain floor discipline.

Quality Control:

• Ensure the finishing process meets the quality standards required by buyers.

• Address any garment quality issues identified during internal audits or buyer inspections.

Team Coordination:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the finishing team, including supervisors and large number of operators.

• Operations.

Inventory and Cost Management:

• Maintain Inventory for consumables and required accessories for packing

• Items.

Buyer Interaction:

• Coordinate with buyer representatives for on-time inspections and ensure compliance with their requirements.

• Salary is usually negotiable, with additional benefits like festival bonuses as per company policy.

• Work Environment: The role often requires maintaining floor discipline and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
