Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily operations of the feed mill.
Supervise and manage the production team, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
Monitor and manage feed formulation to ensure consistency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure all feed products meet quality and safety regulations and standards.
Coordinate with the procurement team for timely sourcing of raw materials.
Maintain and improve preventive maintenance programs for equipment.
Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying areas for optimization.
Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
