Additional Requirements:
Barudan, Tajima Embroidery Machine operating experience.
Knowledge on Embroidery Design.
Knowledge on Embroidery Machine maintenance and spare parts.
Responsibilities & Context:
Planning and organizing production schedules, allocating resource & ensuring on time production.
Estimating, negotiating and finalizing budgets and timescales with buyer/supplier.
Make Embroidery Design & Develop or update new embroidery technique for Buyer for new order confirmation.
Ensure Booking & availability of embroidery trims, Embroidery accessories & materials for consumption.
Ensure proper collaboration with maintenance department for problem in embroidery machine, spare parts & machine servicing.
Distributing task among the team members, monitoring & evaluating their performance. And provides regular status reports and capacity plan updates with the team.
Liaising with buyers and marketing staffs & ensuring the quality, compliance & safety issues.
