Job Context:
∎ Location: Head Office
∎ JOB PURPOSE
∎ Plan and ensure e-learning content development (including project formulation, implementation and pilots, embedding, scaling up and systemic change),
∎ Software solution development (including system architecture design, UI design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance),
∎ Research on new technology and improve user experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and Manage to ensure the quality of Online Courses and maintain detailed records of the progress of current projects.
∎ Ensure quality of interactive multimedia digital contents by adding and editing graphics, animations, action scripts, sound, video etc as per script.
∎ Transfer the final output of interactive multimedia content to CD/DVD, Android & Web version as needed.
∎ Assign animators/graphic designers/drawing artist/programmers, arrange and provide hardware and logistics support, technical guidance, training and coordinate with subject team and animation team to complete it successfully.
∎ Collect scripts from script writers, review and plan the story board and distribute them to the animators.
∎ Provide proper guideline, follow up and collect the Multimedia digital contents as per deadline.
∎ Collaborating across the multi-functional team to plan and manage the delivery of rich product content and provide training for staff, teachers and students.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years' of working experience in Development sector, EdTech, edTech training or relevant industry will get preference.
∎ Excellent face-to-face and written communication skills, excellent listening skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
∎ Demonstrable ability in communicating and reporting in English (verbal and written).
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, programme operations & team building and diplomatic skills including the ability to effectively liaise with people in diverse multi-cultural environments.
∎ Expertise in current computer hardware and software.
∎ Realistic knowledge on e-learning content development life cycle.
∎ Capable to have a control over assigned job with minimal supervision and complete as per allocated time.
∎ Willing to learn and apply the hard work needed to make an impact & have the drive and enthusiasm to become a positive force at any facility.
∎ Focus on achieving organizational goals honestly and diligently.
∎ Understand and compliant with organisation's rules and regulations.
