Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
∎ Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
∎ Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
∎ Maintaining statistical and financial records.
∎ Lead the team on proper storing and smooth delivery operations.
∎ To ensure sufficient inventory for smooth operations.
∎ Sufficient knowledge about ERP software and warehouse management.
∎ Capable to maintain proper inventory with maintain the data accurately.
∎ To ensure delivery of all goods with proper store requisition (SR).
∎ Ensuring goods preservation as per Company SOP.
∎ To confirm goods are properly segregated.
∎ To ensure preparation of MRR on time.
∎ To sanction proper quantity delivered as per delivery challan.
∎ To ensure preparation of requisition on time.
∎ To ensure recording of the necessary data in Software on time.
∎ Completing warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
∎ To supervise the subordinate and guide them properly on regular tasks.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
∎ To perform any other job when assign by the senior management.

∎ Must have ability to proper analysis of material requisition.
∎ Basic computer skills is a must.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
