Job Context:
∎ The position will be responsible to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. He/She will also be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.


Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make sales plan as per given sales target focusing on corporate business segments such as- Industries, Corporate houses, Institutions, Government utilities, MES, contractors etc.
∎ To develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives through institutional sales of products and services.
∎ Review institutional sales (daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly) and submit all reports to the management.
∎ To establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
∎ Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various routes and also need to develop new businesses.
∎ Responsible to manage all the sales staffs and train them and need to develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth.
∎ Ensure that sales objectives and activities are in line with sales targets.
∎ Need to have the knowledge of competitor activities with sales, collection, credit and new product entry.
∎ Prepare business proposal and presentation.
∎ Take effective sales strategy and deploy the sales team on regular visit to public and private Institutions throughout the country.
∎ Lead and monitor the sales team and evaluate their regular and annual performances.
∎ Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.
∎ Collecting, compiling market intelligence report and share it to the management.
∎ Prepare and present periodic budgets/sales forecasts to the management.
∎ Prepare sales & marketing plan for all over the country in terms of Institutional Sales and ensure its proper implementation aligning with present & future business needs.
∎ Set guideline for optimum achievement of sales and introduce new techniques & ideas to the sales force for promoting their products & improving their sales skills.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

∎ Need to be smart & presentable with leadership quality.

∎ The candidate may need to travel frequently.
