Responsibilities & Context:
  • Sales Target Achievement: A primary focus is on meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. This requires a proactive and results-oriented approach.

  • Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various methods like cold calling, networking, and market research.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers to foster loyalty and drive sales. This includes addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

  • Sales Support: Assisting senior sales staff with tasks like preparing presentations, proposals, and quotes.

  • Sales Process Management: Managing the sales process from initial contact to closure, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

  • Market Research: Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Sales Reporting: Tracking sales activities, performance metrics, and preparing reports for management.

  • Collaboration: Working with other teams like marketing and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Product Knowledge: Developing a strong understanding of company products and services to effectively address customer needs.

  • Client Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.

  • Negotiation: Participating in sales negotiations to secure deals and optimize revenue.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients: This includes regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing support.

  • Identifying new business opportunities: Proactively seeking out potential customers and evaluating new strategic business opportunities.

  • Preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotes: Crafting compelling materials to showcase products and services.

  • Following up on customer inquiries, orders, and complaints: Ensuring timely and effective responses to customer needs.

  • Maintaining accurate client records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system: Keeping track of customer interactions and data.

  • Participating in trade shows and conferences: Promoting company products and services to a wider audience.

  • Collaborating with other departments: Working with marketing, customer service, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Assisting with cross-selling and promotion of products: Identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers.

  • Handling additional administrative tasks as needed: Providing support for various sales-related activities.
