Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels.
Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches in collaboration with internal teams.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve performance.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to align sales initiatives with product availability and features.
