Role Overview
We are looking for outstanding sales talent with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our training programmes to corporate clients, achieving monthly sales targets, and contributing to the company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell training programmes to corporate clients.
* Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities.
* Conduct meetings with corporate organisations and decision-makers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-agents, and agents.
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
* Represent the organisation professionally during client visits and meetings.
* Travel to corporate offices for sales presentations and negotiations.
Requirements
* Proven experience in corporate sales (education sector experience preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Target-driven with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
