Bachelor in Marketing is also preferable.
MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
Strong understanding of dermo cosmetics, dermatological conditions, and skincare science.
Excellent ability to translate clinical/scientific data into compelling brand narratives.
Proficiency in developing promotional tools, training materials, and marketing collateral.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, IMS/IQVIA reports, and prescription trends.
Strong project management and multi-tasking capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Prior experience working in or closely with dermatology, aesthetics, or skincare segments is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience supporting or working alongside a field sales force is a plus.
Develop annual brand plans aligned with business objectives for the dermo cosmetics portfolio.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer/HCP insight studies to inform strategy.
Execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, print, point-of-sale, and medical education channels.
Coordinate with creative agencies, regulatory teams, and medical advisors to develop compliant promotional materials.
Launch new products and line extensions with full go-to-market planning and execution.
Design and develop doctor detailing aids, visual aids, leave-behinds, and scientific dossiers to support field sales representatives.
Create and conduct training programs for the sales team on product knowledge, brand messages, and effective HCP engagement techniques.
Act as the central link between marketing, sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and supply chain.
Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), dermatologists, and relevant HCPs.
Any task assigned by the reporting supervisor & management.
