Job Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
Handle client meetings, property presentations and negotiations.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct site visits and follow up potential buyers.
Execute sales strategies and marketing plans.
Lead and support junior sales team (for Deputy Manager role).
Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management.
Any sales related activities assign by the management.
