Responsibilities & Context:

PrimeXBD is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our premium Kids Educational Quiz App designed exclusively for primary school students (Class 1–5).

Your primary responsibility will be to acquire minimum 1,000 yearly subscriptions every month. The yearly subscription fee is only 290 BDT. You will have the freedom to use both digital and manual/offline marketing strategies as you see fit. Whatever works best — online ads, content marketing, school networks, parent groups, field visits, or any creative method — it will be up to you to plan and execute.

This is a performance-driven role where you will directly impact the growth of an educational product that helps Bangladeshi children learn in a fun and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute effective marketing strategies (both digital and manual) to reach parents of primary school children.

  • Achieve the monthly target of 1,000 new yearly subscriptions consistently.

  • Manage all marketing activities including social media campaigns, content creation, ad management, offline promotions, networking, etc.

  • Optimize methods to get maximum subscriptions at the lowest possible cost.

  • Track performance daily/weekly, analyze results, and report directly to the founder.

  • Continuously test new ideas and channels to improve subscription growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (digital, offline, or both).

  • Proven ability to meet sales/subscription targets.

  • Creative, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.

  • Good communication skills in Bangla and basic English.

  • Strong network or understanding of parent communities, schools, or education sector will be an advantage.

  • Must have genuine interest in children’s education.

    • Smart, well-groomed, and good communication skills in Bangla and English.

    • Comfortable with daily outdoor/field work in any weather.

    • Must have a smartphone with good internet for reporting and ads.

    • Hardworking, honest, and target-oriented mindset.

    • Willing to work flexibly and travel within his working area.
