Responsibilities & Context:

• Maintain professional communication with buyers regarding order development and execution.

• Monitor order status from sampling to shipment.

• Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with Production, Planning, QA, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.

• Prepare regular order status reports and buyer updates.

• Manage development, fit, size set, pre-production, and production samples.

• Follow up sample submission and approval process.

• Implement buyer comments and maintain development timeline.

• Arrange and participate in Pre-Production (PP) meetings.

• Communicate PP requirements to production teams.

• Monitor bulk production progress and resolve execution issues proactively.

• Handle daily email communication and follow-up approvals.

• Support buyer visits, meetings, and factory coordination.

• Maintain strong working relationship with buyers.
