Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product demand wise production collaboration & follow-up.
∎ Periodically factory visit for production follow-up.
∎ Daily communication and co-ordination with sales as well as production personnel.
∎ Ensure the quality of finished products with the prescribed guideline.
∎ Day to day activities by the upper management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in plastics manufacturing company under operations department will get preference.
∎ Excellent communication & problem solving skills
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Advance knowledge in MS Office.
