• Responsible to answer calls and respond to emails

• Responsible to handle customer inquiries both telephonic and by email or any

• Responsible to research required information using available resources; different directories & sources and forward prospective leads to Sales Team

• Responsible to provide product and service information to Customer

• Responsible to enter new customer information in ERP

• Responsible to update and follow up existing customer information

• Responsible to identify and escalate priority issues

• Responsible to documented all call information according to standard operating procedure

• Any other activities as and when required by the Management
