Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible to answer calls and respond to emails
Responsible to handle customer inquiries both telephonic and by email or any
Responsible to research required information using available resources; different directories & sources and forward prospective leads to Sales Team
Responsible to provide product and service information to Customer
Responsible to enter new customer information in ERP
Responsible to update and follow up existing customer information
Responsible to identify and escalate priority issues
Responsible to documented all call information according to standard operating procedure
Any other activities as and when required by the Management
