Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to answer calls and respond to emails
∎ Responsible to handle customer inquiries both telephonic and by email or any
∎ Responsible to research required information using available resources; different directories & sources and forward prospective leads to Sales Team
∎ Responsible to provide product and service information to Customer
∎ Responsible to enter new customer information in ERP
∎ Responsible to update and follow up existing customer information
∎ Responsible to identify and escalate priority issues
∎ Responsible to documented all call information according to standard operating procedure
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management
