Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
5–6 years of experience in international sales/business development, preferably in SaaS or software solutions.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models
Proven track record in achieving international sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English.
Experience managing global clients and cross-cultural communication.
Familiarity with digital sales channels and inbound/outbound SaaS sales strategies
Develop and execute international go-to-market strategies for SaaS product.
Identify and acquire new customers, partners and resellers in global markets
Drive SaaS sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, demos, and deal closure.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and strategic partners.
Conduct product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to refine strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Ensure customer onboarding, retention and upselling of SaaS subscriptions
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
