• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup

• Age 25 to 32 years
• Only Male

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools

• Hands-on experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)

• Ability to create marketing creatives and write effective ad/content copy

• Proven track record of lead generation and campaign optimization

• Basic understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools

• Strong analytical and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms

• Manage lead generation campaigns and ensure consistent CPL optimization

• Create and design marketing creatives, including ad visuals, social media posts, banners, and promotional materials

• Develop content (copywriting, captions, ad texts) aligned with campaign objectives

• Oversee content strategy for social media, website, and ad creatives

• Coordinate with sales teams for campaign execution

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports

• Manage SEO and website traffic growth strategies

• Handle influencer collaborations and online partnerships
