Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Formulate and coordinate the end-to-end KPI-based performance management process in the textile/garments division.
∎ Participate in quarterly/yearly employee performance review processes.
∎ Coordinate with Corporate Office for recruitment & selection purpose.
∎ Assist in designing, developing, and updating HR policies.
∎ Prepare organograms for manpower analysis. Develop and manage the salary budget.
∎ Prepare and execute the training plan, including designing training modules under the guidance of supervisors.
∎ Coordinate reward and recognition programs as needed. Generate HR reports periodically.
