Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze the competitive landscape, and stay informed on industry trends.
∎ Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, effectively communicating their value propositions to potential customers.
∎ Research prospects and generate leads to promote and sell the company’s products.
∎ Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients.
∎ Negotiate contracts with clients to secure agreements.
∎ Assist the Head of Department (HOD) in developing and managing the overall sales plan, activity plan, and resources needed to achieve sales targets.
∎ Take the challenge to meet personal sales targets and support other team members in achieving their sales goals.
∎ Organize and execute sales-related campaigns and promotional programs.
∎ Create and manage the customer database, ensuring alignment with the organizational system.
∎ Be persuasive and adaptable, working seamlessly to respond to business growth fluctuations.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
