Responsibilities & Context:
Supervision and monitoring of overall construction work at project site(s) and ensure progress as per design and drawing.
Prepare cost estimation regarding all types of Civil works.
Prepare the monthly materials requirement status and co-ordinate with the Dept. of Procurement to ensure on time delivery of necessary materials.
Ensure quality of workmanship at site.
Ensure proper inventory of building and construction materials of the site.
Prepare contractor/sub-contractors bill on the basis of physical work done.
Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.
Prepare progress report and work program of the project.
Any others task assigned by management.
