Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervision and monitoring of overall construction work at project site and ensure progress as per design and drawing.
∎ Prepare cost estimation regarding all types of Civil works.
∎ Prepare the monthly materials requirement status and co-ordinate with the Dept. of Procurement to ensure on time delivery of necessary materials.
∎ Ensure quality of workmanship at site.
∎ Ensure proper inventory of building and construction materials of the site.
∎ Prepare contractor/sub-contractors bill on the basis of physical work done.
∎ Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.
∎ Prepare progress report and work program of the project.
∎ Any others task assigned by management.
