Educational Requirements:

∎ Masters in HRM or Management from public university will be preferred.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM from BIM
∎ Training/Trade Course: Industrial Management,Fire Safety Management,Quality Management
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Computer skill, Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Communication, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in Recruitment & Selection process
∎ Maintain documentation in Personal File and others related with HR Department
∎ Must be able to work with HRIS Software, skills of handling Payroll Software
∎ Improve Employees/workers and management relationship, solve unrest and conflict.
∎ Assist in ensuring comfortable environment at work place
∎ Ensure safety and security of the people and resources at plant and evaluate for improvement,
∎ Establish a reward culture based on work performance and motivate all staff to act accordingly
∎ Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them
∎ Take initiative to increase the level of motivation of the employees and staff by counseling, awareness programs, discipline, team building activities and unsatisfactory performance etc
∎ Develop HR policies, procedures, employee guidelines etc. of the Company and ensure that these are continuously updated and legally compliant,
∎ Check and verify all final settlements of resigned, dismissed or terminated employees,
∎ Defining SOP and processes and setting KPI & ROI for each role,
∎ Determining and seek individual training requirement through TNA and coordinate all types of Training.
∎ Administration of various employees benefits schemes, gratuity, provident fund, etc.
∎ To handle Disciplinary Action, Grievance, and employee relation issues as per law with companies’ norms & regulation.
∎ Ensuring the factories always prepared/ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, technical/Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit (QMS, FSMS, FSCC, EMS, etc.)
∎ Face Audit & Compliance Issue (Both Internal & External).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on FMCG sector in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable
