Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Email Communications, Knowledge of ERP Software System is Mandatory, Microsoft PowerPoint, Ms Office Suite
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all delivery challan created by ERP and updated all travel card based on delivery.
∎ To ensure L/C, UP, UD/D. O/Management approval for all external party before delivery.
∎ To control Delivery cost/Transportation cost.
∎ To collect Delivery challan from Customer after delivery within short time.
∎ To make Delivery plan daily and execute accordingly in an efficient manner.
∎ To conduct Training session for Driver/Helper, Supervisor, Data entry, Delivery loader and junior staff with a view to employee development.
∎ To take strategic plan for reducing vehicle Delivery Trip for reducing fuel cost.
∎ To deliver the Finished Goods to the Customer in an Appropriate Way that Customer Satisfaction will be gained.
∎ To take strategic plan for reduce Customer Complain, Feedback against Customer Complain as early as possible.
∎ To control overtime of Delivery Section in terms of Delivery Sales.
∎ Ensure Musok-6.3 all delivery van and guidance all drivers about traffic law for face emergency situation.
