Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters from any recognised university with minimum all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. MBBS and Nutrition will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall field operation of COVID-19 related projects.
∎ Provide administrative support to the field staffs. Maintain liaison between management level and field operation for planning and effective operation at field.
∎ Check, verify and update all financial and administrative recording and proceedings at head office level including updating all files and registers; checking the bill/voucher; account checks for miscoding; audit compliance etc.
∎ Ensure that COVID-19 response projects meet high standards in design, monitoring and evaluation through BRAC's Project Cycle Management System.
∎ Prepare/ revise project budgets and financial tracking of expenditure.
∎ Development of the training modules; Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials.
∎ Provide technical support to implement Nutrition Project at community level.
∎ Provide monthly reports on project activities and performance to the HNPP management.
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years' of working experience in the relevant field
∎ Knowledge on COVID-19 management
∎ Knowledge on organizational policy and procedure
∎ Knowledge on financial management and budget
∎ Proficiency in computer operation and internet browsing
∎ Have Problem solving skills, Adaptation to changes, interpersonal and Stress management skills
