Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate/Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed Private/Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building positive relationships with customers in public & private sectors.
∎ Manage key customer relationships through regular visits and contacts.
∎ Identify key staff in client organization & department to cultivate profitable relationships.
∎ Humbly address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction at all level.
∎ Identify target markets and develop strategies.
∎ Keep records (useful information) of the potential customers/leads and submit to the concerned authority on a daily basis.
∎ Aim to preserve customers and maintain to a healthy relationship to renew the contracts.
∎ Acquire and develop new customers for the company.
∎ Understand customer’s needs and forward to the sales team.
∎ To contribute the strategic brand promotional plan to achieve company objectives.
∎ Preparation of promotional materials, formulation of strategy, monthly product presentation, launching of new brands.
∎ Plan and organize conferences, forums, events and staff engagement activities for corporate partners that align with the organization’s objectives, and launch different successful marketing campaigns in different places.
∎ Execution of the promotional plan of the assigned brands that meets the yearly product budget.
∎ Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures and provide Daily-Basis Reports to the CEO about progress.
∎ Undertaking any other activity as assigned by the CEO from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in MS-Office (PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel) and good knowledge on business email.
∎ Must have representative attitude and prompt in oral and written English communication skills.
∎ Candidate must have skills like pitching skills & customer orientation
∎ Must have a good skill at team management tools and productivity applications.
∎ Should have skills in corporate engagement, project planning, financing, implementation and evaluation for brand promotion & building customer relationship.
∎ Working experience in the corporate sector and in-depth understanding of the national and international business environment.
Salary: Negotiable
