Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in any disciplinary
∎ MBA (HR) from any reputed University
∎ Post-Graduation Diploma in Compliance will be given preference.
Job Context:
∎ IFL Factory Ltd. Which is a garment manufacturing company located at Dhour, Turag Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh inviting applications from potential candidates for the post of Manager Compliance.
∎ Work Place: At Factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge of HR development & compliance issues & will be responsible for leading a team.
∎ The applicants must have sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and latest amendment made on Labor Law.
∎ Execute overall factory operations and HR & Compliance related activities.
∎ Able to face factories BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, C-TPAT, and Environment, Technical, and Social compliance audits.
∎ Able to provide guidelines to develop factories as per RSC & Nirapon (Fire Safety, Building Safety & Electric Safety) requirements and periodic follow-up.
∎ Able to coordinate with Brands, third parties, and top management and upload information to various platforms.
∎ Facilitate implementation of environmental & chemical management systems.
∎ Discuss overall compliance status report with top management.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 12 years of experience in the related fields.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Compliance, HR.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile.
∎ Working experience in HR, Administration & Compliance with large garments industry.
∎ Good knowledge about BLL 2006, relevant local law and Buyer COC, electrical audit, fire safety audit & building safety audit, BNBC, NFPA.
∎ Strong leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethic and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Should be an excellent team player and also very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.
