∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ PGD in social compliance will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for performing internal audit and follow-up audit on Ethical Standards, Buyers Code of Conduct, SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, ICS, CTPAT, HIGG, FSLM/SLCP, BW, ISO, Safety issues (building, electrical & fire safety) and Environmental issues.
∎ To ensure conducting of internal periodical audit in factories; and ensuring issues are resolved.
∎ Prepare corrective action plan with finding the root causes to eliminate the issues permanently.
∎ To check all data, records, reports, formats, statements, files, books & register of related sections/departments are properly for up-date & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
∎ Ability to find out the nonconformity and to take proper measures to address the noncompliance issues and present a solution to make it sustainable.
∎ Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, and Fire & Civil defense Department.
∎ Must have ability to prepare all reports and correspondences with stakeholders in English & Bengali.
∎ Need to take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively.
∎ Maintain relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance.
∎ Prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers/CAP as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, CSDS and Security Awareness training etc. effectively.
∎ Any other day to day activities as and when required.
