Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGD HRM & Social Compliance will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handel all types of Buyer's/ Social Compliance Audit, Technical Audit, QMS Audit, GOTS, OCS, RCS Audit & organize the factory
∎ Maintain and revise policies and procedures for the Compliance Program and run day-to-day operation.
∎ Prepare audit CAP Report and follow up reports.
∎ Internal Auditing and sharing corrective measures with concerned department.
∎ Experience on BSCI, WRAP, C-TPAT, SEDEX, HIGG.
∎ Time to time reporting to the line department head & meet the official requirements accordingly.
∎ Develop an effective compliance training program,
∎ Follow up compliance related assignments.
∎ Establishing policy and procedures and monitoring compliance following the Bangladesh labor code 2006 and buyers code of conduct,
∎ Originator and monitor of company compliance policies and behavior to meet the company's code of conduct
∎ Monitoring and reporting results of the compliance/ethics efforts of the company.
∎ Assisting Top management on matters relating to compliance.
∎ Providing guidance to the factory Directors and General Managers on matters relating to compliance.
∎ Develops initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
∎ Ensure day-to-day smooth operation of the compliance program.
∎ Develops and periodically reviews and updates standards of conduct to ensure continuing currency and relevance in providing guidance to management and employees.
∎ Consults with the corporate legal department as needed to resolve difficult legal compliance issues.
∎ Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and code of conduct by evaluating, or recommending the initiation of, investigative procedures.
∎ Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
∎ Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments.
∎ Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
∎ Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep Top Managements informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
∎ Institutes and maintains an effective compliance communication program for the organization for understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related policies and procedures.
∎ Works with the factories and others as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training program and other training for employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers.
