Job Responsibilities
• Good knowledge to operate auto cutting machine and procedure
• Supervise and manage the Auto cutting department staff and operations.
• Ensure precise execution of Auto cutting patterns to minimize material waste.
• Plan and monitor Auto cutting schedules to meet production deadlines.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.
