Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent leadership capability and staff management skill Preparation of daily work program.
∎ Planning to use equipment at most cost effective way.
∎ Inform the problem arises at production site to superior and take necessary steps to solve it.
∎ Control wastage.
∎ Supervision of Factory Production.
∎ Develop a production schedule & production strategy in close cooperation with the management.
∎ Responsible for the performance & development of all production employees.
∎ Leading and inspiring team for better production.
∎ Preparation of weekly reports on progress of production.
∎ Reporting to senior management factory affairs production related etc.
∎ Monitoring Quantity & quality.
∎ Maintain time schedule of the Productions.
∎ Preparing monthly attendance and salary sheet.
∎ Maintaining documents & employee files, and coordinating with all Department;
∎ Monitoring monthly accounts and ensures necessary reconciliation is completed before finalizing the accounts.
∎ Costing & Other accounts related workings.
∎ Vat Tax related workings
∎ Administrative workings & communicate with related people.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
