Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise construction, renovation and maintenance projects within factory premises.
- Prepare structural designs, drawings, and BOQs using AutoCAD and other tools.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, BNBC 2020, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks for civil works.
- Prepare cost estimates and manage resource allocation effectively.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for all civil engineering activities.
- Organize and prepare the factory to handle different audits like RSC, Nirapon, etc.
