Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibility of MM (for Sweater)
∎ -Must be capable and experienced in sweater costing and buyer management, no application will be processed without four years work experience at managerial position .
∎ -Should have a strong leadership skill to drive, motivate and engage the team.
∎ -Need maintain good coordination with planning and perfection to ensure that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
∎ -Establishing and maintaining relationship with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
∎ -Must have technical knowledge about sweater
∎ -Set and implement developmental KPI as per management.
∎ -Achieve customer satisfaction, ensuring quality on time shipment.
∎ -Manage and negotiate with suppliers for yarn, accessories, etc.
∎ -Make schedule of activities, do T&A plan within department.
∎ -Able to find the discrepancies, give sustainable solution & monitor the team as a whole.
∎ -Capable to work under pressure with short lead time.
