Job Context:
Social and Economic Enhancement Programme-SEEP is a long reputed national NGO engaged in service delivery and rights-based activities for disadvantaged poor people for their quality life and livelihoods. Established in 1985 with its head office in Dhaka. MRA Certificate No is 00014-00052-00044. Social and Economic Enhancement Programme-SEEP is looking for suitable candidates for this position.
Major Job Responsibilities:
Letter writing and issuing time to time.
Documentation of different necessary files.
Monitoring of process, rules and regulation of penal code of SEEP.
Receiving requirements of office stationaries and supply timely.
Attendance monitoring of the Head office.
Response to the field level employee through email, messenger & WhatsApp groups.
Receiving & preserving different types of letters & agreements of PKSF, MRA, project donors etc.
Communication with field, head office, donors or other parties.
Monitoring & observing the clinginess, hygiene, safety and security of the head office & branch offices.
Any other function or special task as and when required by the organization.

Salary:
Monthly Consolidated Salary will be at BDT 25,000 (six months` probation period). After job confirmation, monthly consolidated salary will be at BDT 29,166.
Others Benefits
Food allowance, mobile bill, Festival allowances, Pohela Baishakh allowance, CPF & Gratuity as per the HR policy of SEEP.
