Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure smooth administrative operations throughout all HCMP offices in Bhasan Char
∎ Search new office space, coordinate lease agreement process and existing office rental, and maintain effective relationship with all landlords
∎ Arrange seating arrangement in all offices
∎ Arrange hotel booking, ticketing and accommodation for visitors & guest
∎ Ensure effective arrangement of meeting, workshops, conference as required
∎ Ensure effective & efficient electricity supply, generator service etc.
∎ Ensure cleanliness, proper wastage management, proper washroom facilities as required
∎ Collaboration, coordination and support to warehouse officer for warehouse management
∎ Ensure to the getting all kinds of necessary approvals from NAVY and RRRC offices as required
∎ Raise and approve PR for office renovation, purchasing stationary, cleaning materials and other facilities related services
∎ Closely work with Procurement and other support services teams for ensure smooth administrative operations
∎ Manage and support team to deliver on the programme plans, providing leadership, inspiration and Guidance
∎ Maintain premises, assets and communications with relevant stakeholders
∎ Contribute to the budget and monitoring processes in liaison with the Finance and Grants departments, Sector/ Unit Leads and Programme Managers to ensure that administrative needs are factored into programme planning realistically
∎ Take responsibility for the achievement of good practice in the programme
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ Manager, Admin will responsible for manage different issues and activities of Administration, Warehouse Management & Government Liaison of Humanitarian Crisis Management Programme–BC of BRAC and subsequently provide professional inputs for formulating policies and strategies for overall development of Admin Department.
