Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Responsible for all commercial activities such as Banking, Export, Import, UD, Customs Bond, Cash Incentive and etc.
∎ 2. Follow up Bond License issues - especially Ex-Bond & Into-Bond entry in Register. Follow up Custom Audit.
∎ 3. Work closely with Bank for open Btb LC, Supplier acceptance & payment, Export documents negotiation & Export payment realization.
∎ 4. Work closely with BGMEA, Customs, Shipping line, Freight forward, C & F and etc.
∎ 5. Bond License Renewal: in advance finish all bond License relevant works including - Note Sheet prepare, Auditing, add new Material & HS Code Approve.
∎ 6. Follow up renewal of IRC, ERC and CCI&E related all other license related activities.
∎ 7. Monitoring Cash incentive related all activities & report to Top Management weekly basis.
