∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Strong academic background with a minimum GPA of 3.50 out of 4.00 or equivalent. In special cases, the appeared undergraduate students with the result of GPA 5.00 in their both SSC & HSC board examination will also be taken under consideration;
∎ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills along with computer literacy;
∎ Passion for the RMG industry and a desire to make a positive impact;
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively in teams.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Learn and apply principles of production planning, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing costs;
∎ Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning experiences to gain a deep understanding of our company's operations, policies, and procedures;
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various assignments and initiatives within the company;
∎ Assist in analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement;
∎ Gain proficiency in quality control processes and standards to uphold the commitment to delivering superior-quality apparel to the buyers;
∎ Support sales and marketing efforts by assisting in conducting market research, and engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences;
∎ Actively participate in problem-solving activities and contribute innovative ideas to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability;
∎ Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, merchandizers and external stakeholders;
∎ Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and ethical standards at all times;
∎ Need to perform any other relevant and additional task assigned by the Company Management.
