∎ Age 22 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure 100% accurate price comparison as per SOP & update in Price Tracker
∎ Consumption checking for both local & foreign [100% Booking vs Consumption] & update in Consumption Tracker
∎ PI & BOE checking, update, singing & submit to Accounts
∎ Master Tracker update [Yarn PI, knit plan date, booking status, L/D approval, Ex Fty, I/H T&A, PP requisition date]
∎ R&D Tracker update (Sample, Finishing yarn, Combed thread, Paper cone)
∎ Arrange Material for new sample development.
∎ Develop new samples as per buyer's standard, specification & quality and maintain on-time submission.
∎ Continuous communication with supplier for on time delivery of yarn, accessories.
∎ Monitor and follow up daily production activities as per production.
∎ Follow up & Coordination with Production, Quality, Sourcing and all concern department.
∎ Fulfilling departmental requirements and working for meeting goals set out by top management.
∎ Engage with internal operational activities by following SOP.
∎ Perform all other jobs assigned by Line Manager/Department Head.
