We are currently seeking dynamic and driven Management Trainee Officer/Assistant Manager - SCM to support and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. This position offers a unique opportunity for young professionals to gain hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, production planning, and inventory management within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities of SCM Department:

  • Identifying, evaluating, and establishing relationships with suppliers. Negotiating contracts and terms to secure the best prices and quality.

  • Creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials and products.

  • Monitoring procurement costs, seeking cost-saving opportunities, and managing budgets effectively.

  • Generate an implement purchasing strategies to streamline procurement activities, reduce cost and insure timely delivery.

  • Developing and implementing contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply in case of disruptions.

  • Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, production, and finance, to ensure alignment and smooth operation of the supply chain.
