∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Preference will be given to science background and those skilled in mathematics.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
∎ Written and oral communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Knowledge of all types of knit products.
∎ Computer knowledge is must ( E-mail, Internet, MS word & Excel etc.)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, adaptable, and ready to take on challenges in various departments to gain a holistic view of the company.
∎ Assist in market research activities to gather information on customer preferences, market trends, and competitors.
∎ Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure effective product placement and inventory management.
∎ Support the development of visual merchandising plans to enhance the presentation and appeal of products.
∎ Assist in maintaining and updating product information, pricing, and promotions in various marketing channels.
∎ Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback and insights on product displays and customer preferences.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing and merchandising techniques.
∎ Ability to understand day-to-day Marketing work.
∎ Work collaboratively with various teams to understand their functions and contribute to achieving departmental goals.
∎ Actively engage in learning opportunities and training sessions to develop professional skills and business acumen.
∎ Provide feedback on existing processes and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Interact with clients or customers to understand their needs and represent the company in a professional manner.
