• Good knowledge of yarn types, counts, blends, spinning mills, and certification standards.
• Strong communication, record-keeping, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Email communication, and ERP.

• Execute yarn purchase activities following company procurement procedures.

• Collect price offers, compare suppliers, and prepare purchase summaries.

• Maintain up-to-date certification records of yarns (e.g., OEKO-TEX, GRS, BCI, Organic, RCS, etc.) as per buyer-wise requirements.

• Ensure all yarn suppliers meet customer compliance and technical specifications.

• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and quality teams regarding yarn delivery and certification status.

• Communicate with local and international suppliers for timely sourcing and follow-up.

• Prepare reports on yarn purchase, consumption, and certification tracking.
