∎ A combination of on-the-job training and mentoring by senior leaders in augmenting talents to take on challenging roles
∎ Take on leadership roles based on their strengths and interests catering to the needs of the productions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Being eager to learn and explore new ideas
∎ Willingness to take ownership and have a strong analytical skill coupled with strong business acumen
∎ Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
∎ Demonstrated leadership potential
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
