Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, CCE, CTE
∎ Fresh Graduate/Post Graduate from any reputed university with well rounded academic Background
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist in Preparing, validating, migrating and changing Master Data in SAP
∎ To assist in analyzing the gaps, review the as-is and to-be process, testing the functional design
∎ To assist in preparing end user training manual and deliver training for users
∎ To assist the end user support and provide solution as required
∎ To assist in conducting Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
∎ To assist in ensuring user authorization role management
∎ To assist in configuring and updating Purchase Requisition (PR) & Purchase Order (PO) Release strategy as per business requirements
∎ Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize the performance of ERP software.
∎ To assist Providing technical support and training ERP end-users.
∎ To assist in the customization of ERP reports and documentation of ERP processes.
∎ To assist in maintaining demand planning system and software by entering and modifying data and ensuring the correctness of product hierarchy, monitoring trends in forecast error, and identifying relevant market-related data and competitive intelligence.
∎ To assist in facilitating and managing demand planning/customer meetings and customer action plans with supply planning.
∎ To assist in Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the network.
∎ To assist in ensuring maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers etc.
∎ To check day-to-day network system upgrades/installations for Network Operation Center
∎ Collaborating with other members of the IT team and management
