Responsibilities & Context:
This job circular is for the fastest-growing mobile phone brand realme.
- Prepare detailed reports on market conditions & KDM authenticity.
- Verify the authenticity of KDM numbers & ensure the company standards.
- Conduct regular visits to various markets to analyze and report on overall market conditions.
- Address any inquiries and maintain a good relationship to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Make follow-up phone calls to KDM & check on their needs, performance, and any potential issues they might be facing.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with KDM and the Sales team to track engagement and performance metrics.
- Any other task given by management.
