Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
This job circular is for the fastest growing mobile phone brand realme
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Handset fault finding, repairing, & servicing.
Provide Hardware repair and software support to customers.
Achieve daily handset repair target.
Communicate with customers to give updates on their handsets.
Maintain RCSM online system for repair work as well as other online-based support systems.
Give quality feedback on problematic phones.
Process Smartphones level base repair, i.e. L1, L2, L3, L3.5. Also, perform troubleshoot and maintain documentation of all failures.
Receive and understand the customer`s handset problem.
Maintain strictly the service center 6s modality and the company`s other standards.
Assists in service center maintenance to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
Willing to work under pressure as well as in the holidays if needed.
Other duties as assigned by management.
