Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

  • This job circular is for the fastest-growing mobile phone brand, Realme.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and receive customers at the service center.

  • Listen to customer problems and create a service job sheet in the CRM system.

  • Give updates to customers about repair status (by phone or directly).

  • Inform customers when the repair is done and hand over the device.

  • Explain the device problem solutions, service charges, or parts costs clearly to customers.

  • Collect customer payments and keep proper records.

  • Keep a daily record of customer visits, calls, and services.

  • Communicate with engineers to pass customer information correctly.

  • Receive customer complaints, and arrange to solve them properly.

  • Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized.

  • Follow company rules and provide friendly customer service.

  • Maintain strictly the service center 6S modality and the company`s other standards.

  • Assists in service center maintenance to ensure a clean and healthy environment.

  • Willing to work under pressure as well as in the holidays if needed.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.
