Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
∎ Compile different plan, Business Development presentation, summarize and submit to Honorable CEO as required.
∎ Analysis & Planning All Machine Efficiency & Make action Plan for all Overhead control.
∎ Responsible for overseeing the Sample Development, production processes, Shortage of Textile Processing Unit.
∎ Review production status of orders, and determine if the factory is manufacturing the products to specified quality levels and report to Honorable CEO.
∎ Follow-Up daily, weekly and monthly production & Delivery target.
∎ Forecasting the daily, weekly and monthly production & Delivery quantity and coordinate to Management·
∎ Access the production process and find out the Gap and make action plan.
∎ Update the management the Market status.
∎ Maintain the all buyers order status.
∎ Follow up orders with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
∎ Analysis All Machine Efficiency & Make action Plan for all Consumption control.
∎ Perform other Business Development as assigned by Management.
