Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Record & Maintain Daily Sales Invoice & Customer Ledger. Record & Monitoring Daily Fabrics Received/Delivery & Production. Daily Collection Update in the Ledger. Monthly Inventory (Dyes-Chemical, Fabrics). Maintain Cash Book, Bank Book, 6.1 & 6.2. Reconcile Bank account & cash. Prepare cash receipt & payment voucher and posting at Tally software properly. Monthly salary payment & salary related information posting & keeping in time. Prepare monthly cash/Bank closing report and checked with cash ledger. Maintain VAT Books (6.1, 6.2), Prepare monthly VAT return (9.1) & submit to VAT authority. Prepare and maintain VAT 6.3. Good Knowledge on MS EXCEL. Any other accounts related task assigned by the Department Head time to time.
